Our Values
Personal growth:
Our main priority and desire is to serve college students by facilitating relationships and creating environments
that support their personal growth, specifically as it relates to following Jesus but also in other areas of their life.
Organized by Friendship:
Every organization has roles and structure, but our organization will move by friendship over hierarchy.
We will intentionally invest in each other as we steward the vision of reaching and serving college students.
Radical Inclusivity:
We are open-table Christians. We want and need as many gifts, perspectives, and identities as our community can handle.
With this in mind, we will devote our energy to understanding biblical justice and endeavoring to be allies for all, especially those who have been historically marginalized by the Church.
Generous Orthodoxy:
Holding faith in Jesus Christ as central, we will encourage the study of the Scriptures and the
discovery of personal theological convictions while allowing for diversity of implications and applications.
Practical Restoration:
We move away from the limitations of simply deconstructing issues and systems. We will focus on finding solutions to problems and building people up.
We want to encourage our community to engage with the reconstruction of their faith (understanding, practices, and communication) and rebuild society so that all creation can flourish.
